Arch

CEO Jason Moss introduces you to Arch

We are the UK's leading talent solutions provider; on a mission to bridge the gap between the skills demand and talent supply in early careers in Digital and IT.

We deliver training to the existing workforce or help recruit young talent into businesses through our Apprenticeship & Graduate Schemes. In March 2016 we were proud to be awarded an “Outstanding” accreditation by Ofsted in all areas measured.

More recently we have launched the Apprenticeship Levy Platform - a unique blend of people, systems and processes that enables companies to maximise their return on investment from the Government led Apprenticeship Levy.

Today, over 1,100 people and 350 employers are enjoying the benefits of our mission to close the digital and IT Skills gap.

Arch was initially set up by the Blenheim Chalcot Group as an internal initiative to source great talent for the Group and its companies, and now has over 4 years’ experience delivering the same high quality services to other employers.  These employers include Google, Facebook, The Guardian, Barclays, John Lewis, Waitrose as well as agencies, IT firms, charities and public bodies. We partner with organisations and provide qualifications from Microsoft, CompTIA and Squared Online (the digital marketing qualification developed with Google) to deliver training of the highest quality.
