Manoj Badale

Manoj Badale is the co-founder and managing partner of Blenheim Chalcot, an early stage investment group that actively manages a portfolio of fast growth ventures. Typically, these businesses are innovative leaders, creating a position based on a market or regulatory discontinuity in technology, financial services or media. Manoj was a co-founder of netdecisions group, originally an internet services business, but now a broader based IT services and outsourcing business, which trades as Agilisys. He also co-founded Fluency (sold to venture capitalists in 2003), Eviivo, and Steeltrace (sold to Compuware in 2004), and the Rights Company (sold to Warner Music in 2005) . Currently, he chairs TDX ( financial services), and Emerging Media ( Indian sports rights), both of which he co-founded. He is also a non-executive director of Agilisys, BMS, Corporate Pay, and StrategyEye, in all of which Blenheim Chalcot holds a significant equity stake.
Manoj is also involved in various charitable activities. He is chairman of The British Asian Trust (part of the Prince's Charities organisation), and of the Prince’s Charities Events Ltd., as well as chairman of Operation Smile UK, and a trustee of the Charity Technology Trust.
Manoj was formerly a partner at Monitor Company, where he spent significant time in the UK, Europe and India. Manoj now divides his time between India and UK, where most of the group's businesses are located. Manoj is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.
Charles Mindenhall

Charles is co-founder with Manoj Badale of Blenheim Chalcot, an investment group that has created and actively manages a portfolio of fast growth ventures. Charles is Chairman of Agilisys, an IT outsourcing group that evolved from netdecisions, which he co-founded. He also co-founded Fluency (a voice recognition company sold to venture capitalists in 2003), Eviivo (a leading travel booking platform), Steeltrace (a software tools business, sold to Compuware in 2004), the Rights Company (a media rights business, sold to Warner Music in 2005), and TDX Group (the UK’s leading delinquent debt specialist, partially sold to Investcorp in December 2008). Charles is a non-executive director of Fairpoint (AIM quoted financial services), Emerging Media (part owners of the Indian Premier League team, the Rajasthan Royals), and Corporate Pay, a prepaid credit card provider. Charles is a founding trustee of Operation Smile UK, and the Chairman of the Charity Technology Trust.
Charles was formerly at Monitor Company, and is a graduate of the University of Oxford.

Ron Reynolds - Partner, Finance & Commercial Director
Ron is a Partner of Blenheim Chalcot and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. He also supports key portfolio investments - many by holding Executive Management roles within the businesses. In these roles, he often leads critical operational and commercial programmes and helps to focus their growth plans.
Prior to joining Blenheim Chalcot, Ron was a Director within Steria, having various roles managing large scale client contracts, such as the £50m Finance and Accounting contract with MyTravel or as the CFO for the JV between the Department of Health and Xansa, NHS Shared Business Services Ltd. Ron joined Steria in 2001 as the CFO of what was then Xansa North America. Prior to Steria, Ron worked for a leading IT system integrator along with developing a finance career within GE. He holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
