Our investments are characterised by a number of factors. These are a guide to our general approach, but we do not consider them to be hard and fast rules.
Geographic focus
We focus on investments in the UK and in India, including UK businesses with the potential to expand into India and vice-versa.
Sectors
We focus on companies in the technology, media and financial services sectors. The majority of our investments are in B2B companies.
Preferred Stage of Investment
Our focus is generally on early-stage investments, where we can also participate in any subsequent rounds of funding.
Investment size
We typically invest from £100k up to £800k per investment per round (and in some circumstances, up to £1m), and as active investors, prefer to participate in investments with a significant percentage of ownership.
Number of investments
We typically make only 1 to 2 new investments per year.
