CEO Coaching
We organise coaching opportunities for CEOs of the companies in the group. At these sessions, executives have the opportunity to explore common problems and to learn from their peers. These are not pre-determined leadership courses, but rather sessions where each participant can offer feedback to the others, as well as to their investors. We make an effort to propagate best practices across the group, especially where later-stage companies can offer examples of their experience to earlier-stage companies. We find that CEOs need to recognise their development needs as the first step to becoming better leaders and creating a better company.

Through our network of investments and contacts, we can bring CEOs and their leadership teams into contact with services and businesses that can help to take the company forward.
Alistair Turner - Leadership Coach
Blenheim Chalcot and a number of group companies continue to work closely with leadership coach Alistair Turner. He facilitates the Blenheim Chalcot CEO coaching, as well as coaching individuals and working with leadership teams over the long term within group companies. His facilitation skills and experience in business leadership are invaluable in providing an external perspective on leadership issues and in shaping productive conversations in both group and individual coaching sessions.
