We have been growing businesses since 1998 and have evolved into leading active venture investors with operations in London and Mumbai.
We are currently active investors in around 8 companies in the UK and India, usually participating on the boards of our investments. As well as investment capital, we also provide support to our investments in the form of coaching, advice and access to our relationship network.

We are also entrepreneurs in our own right. Charles Mindenhall and Manoj Badale founded Netdecisions and developed it into the UK's most innovative IT and business process service provider (now known as Agilisys). With nearly 10 years experience of running, investing in and developing businesses, we understand the motivations and challenges of entrepreneurs, so we can offer help and advice that is relevant and grounded in our own experiences.
